After gaining substantial experience in some of France’s finest establishments, he embarked on opening his own gourmet restaurant in Ollioules. My experience
Upon entering the restaurant, we were awestruck by its beauty. This cozy and elegant venue immerses you in an 18th-century setting right in the heart of the village of Ollioules. From the quintessential French table settings to the tapestries lining the walls adorned with trinkets, everything is designed to immerse you in the Grand Siècle era of our ancestors.
The staff are attentive and always on hand, ensuring a seamless experience.

After perusing the menu, we ordered everything from starters to dessert in one go. Thus, we were carried away throughout our meal, encountering numerous surprises. But, we won’t give it all away!
The service is attentive and sophisticated, the portions are generous, and the wines are carefully selected. For all these reasons, the restaurant’s reputation is well-established, and one can see why it’s so popular. Don’t hesitate, visit soon!
